AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE MODEL AND THE AGENCY

The contract between the mother agency (e.g. Avant Models) and the model is usually signed for several years with the option of automatic renewal. Throughout the duration of the contract, the agency is required to search for orders for the model, look after her, manage her career and advise her on, among other things, appearance, diet and body care.

The earnings of a model depend on her recognition in the industry, and later – on her position in the rankings. The task of a professional agency is to lead a model’s career so that her earnings are higher every year. The model can count on the first money after the first 2-3 months of signing the contract. Even if she does not go to shows in Paris and Milan, he will earn the first 2000-3000 euros in sessions for fashion magazines such as ELLE, Glamour or Cosmopolitan or taking part in niche (but also prestigious) advertisements of fashion brands.
